Refund policy

Returns may be issued and refunded up to 14 days after customer receives product. Full amount of refund will be issued once item is received back into our Risen Leather facility.  We will not be able to process a refund past 14 days of customer receipt of goods.

Shipping costs for returns are the customers responsibility and will not be covered by Risen Leather.

Items purchased on sale or clearance can not by refunded and all sales are final.

All customized items if applicable, are final sale and will not be able to be refunded.
